Job Description
Position Summary
As a Junior International Sales Account Manager, you’ll assist in identifying, nurturing, and growing sales opportunities across global markets. This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for energetic individuals who are tech-curious, eager to learn, and passionate about telecommunications, network solutions, and international business development.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Global Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential international clients (carriers, ISPs, MNCs)
- Support senior sales managers in building client relationships
🔹 Strategic Sales Execution
- Support the creation of market-entry proposals for prospects
- Help maintain CRM records to support pipeline visibility
🔹 Solution Selling & Cross-Border Coordination
- Assist in documenting and preparing solution offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales or project delivery follow-up
🔹 Revenue Support & Reporting
- Track renewals, deal status, and provide reporting inputs
- Support pricing comparisons and benchmarking efforts
🔹 Market Exposure & Learning
- Participate in webinars, expos, and learning sessions
- Gather and report market insights to senior team members
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in International B2B sales, preferably in telecom, network services, or tech.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow in global markets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office)
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Willing to travel for client meetings or international exhibitions
