An employee shall not, unless authorised by any written law, publish or cause to be
published any article, book, photograph, or lecture, or give any interview or broadcast or
deliver any lecture or speech on any matter which concerns his duties or the business of
the Company or any member connected with the Company without having obtained the
prior wri en consent of the Company.
In the event of an employee resigning from the Company, the outgoing employee is restricted from joining or accepting employment at any organisations categorised as the Company’s customers, partners, or competitors for a period of 12 months upon resignation unless prior written consent by the Company is obtained.
