IX Telecom is seeking a proactive Partnership Intern to support our global expansion team in Cyberjaya. You will help research potential partners, maintain vendor relationships, and assist in coordinating international collaborations that drive our network growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To assist the partnership team in the solution and outsourcing related to assigned projects.
- To be involved in any training either from principle or ISPs.
- To control for data documentation related to the commercial team
- To assist in liaising with vendors for outsourcing involving both local/global projects.
- To record the daily task and update the necessary data
- To maintain/update the CRM system for costing, pricing book, and Trello
Internship Objective
- Share and expose the trainees to the real-life working environment in IX Telecom
- Educate trainees with essential knowledge in the telecommunications industry
- To familiar with process flows in the Commercial department
- Able to learn the CRM system
Internship Outcome
- Trainees’ understanding of what IX Telecom offers to the telecommunications industry
- Trainees are able to handle issues and enhance their soft skills, especially in
communication
Requirements & Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Diploma / Degree students at the time of the internship
- Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be advantages)
- Able to put your knowledge and skills into practice
- Participate, engage, and embody the role of a full-time employee. Even if you are an intern, show your employer and fellow employees your skills and abilities through projects, leadership opportunities, and activities
